Sometimes, whether it’s work or romance, or health or stress, we find ourselves needing to eat something we love dearly, that comforts us and makes us feel all better. Unfortunately, most comfort foods aren’t figure-friendly or health-friendly, for that matter. So what do we do when we crave our favorite comfort food? We eat it! Except we transform it into healthy comfort food- we satisfy our craving, yet don’t throw away all efforts of eating healthy. There’s no need to quit your favorite foods when trying to eat better, just adjust them so they’re healthier.
